Alex Chilton lead singer of The Box Tops passed away

Real sad to learn that Alex Chilton has died. The guy was a special cat. I was just coming around to learning about his \"new\" band Big Star. Also had just learned that the Box Tops were going to resume their career. The Box Tops were one of my favorite bands when I was young. Still have their first two albums.
